The CDFI, working with Key Bank (one of its investor banks) was able to develop a financial package to extend the terms and lower the debt service load, thus strengthening and preserving the business.

In all, Key Bank provided over $660,000 in financing for this project. The CDFI financed $150,000 over 15 years at 5.75%. Along with the fifteen service technicians, Alloway employs four front office staff for a total of nineteen jobs.
